В этом банке разводят пенсионеров. Вводят в заблуждение якобы выгодным вложением денег и впаривают страховку жизни от "ренессанс страхование" инвестиция. На самом деле по итогам проценты почти в ноль. Объясняют-неудачная инвестиция. И деньги обратно выбивать приходится. Не советую к ним обращаться

Сказали, что при снятии денег с карты в сбере комиссия взиматься не будет.Обманули, снял дом рф 150 р! Поверила называется!

Всегда очень много народа, и мало обслуживающего персонала. Приходиться долго ждать. Хотя девушки приветливы хорошо знают свое дело. Страдает организация труда. Хочу добавить и это не относится непосредственно к банку. Зачем сдклали кдиный телефон???? Дозвониться невозможно и если дозвонишься, то ничего вразумительного не ответят. И это отнлсится и к вптекам ик почте и к связи

Обслуживали быстро, без косяков. Пошли навстречу, и достаточно крупную сумму выдали без предзаказа. По ставкам и надёжности банка- без комментариев, гос.структура 100%
