Очень долго получала карту, сначала неправильно заполнили документы, поэтому пришлось ходить от окошка к окошку несколько раз; не привязали старую карту к новой. Потом ещё оказалось, что смс оповещение нужно подключать в отделении банка, то есть опять туда ехать. Отделение одно на весь город. Не понравилось

Так себе Банк. Компетентность некоторых сотрудников оставляет желать лучшего. За перевод средств на карту Дом РФ через приложение Дом РФ была взята с меня комиссия, хотя сотрудник банка утверждал что комиссия не взимается. После претензии от меня в банк, по прошествии нескольких месяцев, никакого ни ответа, ни возврата удержанных средств, ни объяснений причин, ни извинений не последователо.
