надежный банк Достоинства: быстрота, удобность, приятность, без обмана Недостатки: нет терминалов Иногда приходят в жизни времена когда необходимы финансы, но увы одолжить не у кого. И тогда любые варианты будут замечательные. Вот так и у меня случилось, с опасением вошла в отделение банка, так как кредитов не брала никогда. Все документы взяли, быстро рассказали условия и возможности. И я таки взяла кредит. Плачу уже 3 года. Никогда проблем не было, когда случилось так что я ушла с работы мне предложили заморозить счета для удобности, и не начисления штрафов. Очень корректно и с пониманием вошли в мою ситуацию. Спасибо банку и его работникам за долгие годы обслуживания. Очень приятно работать с банками которые помогают людям а не закапывают их в яму долгов.

Всегда выручает Достоинства: Курс и наличие валют, обслуживание, отделения банка Недостатки: Интернет банкинг, количество банкоматов в городе Здравствуйте! Пользуюсь услугами альфа банка уже 6 лет. Нареканий на работу банка ни разу не было. Модернизированные отделения банка очень удобные, все комфортно оборудовано на столько, что сидя в очереди есть возможность отдохнуть. Наличие иностранной валюты всегда радовало, и курс валюты также. Есть очень удобная функция проверки баланса карты, позвонив по короткому номеру и назвав 4 последние цифры карты. Так же при попытках взлома карты мошенниками, банк реагирует очень быстро, что очень радует. Функционал интернет банкинга мой альфа банка, мало усовершенствован, не очень комфортно им пользоваться, и большие комиссии при использовании каких то функций. И непосредственно в нашем городе, Кривой Рог, по городу нет банкоматов альфа-банк, только в самом отделении банка, а оно в нашем городе одно. Но на это есть решение, деньги можно снять в банкоматах других банков без комиссий.
