6ноября на сайте банка информация о том,что банк работает с 9 до 17 часов.Приехала из другого района, потратив на дорогу полтора часа, оказалось, что банк закрыт. Что за неуважение к клиентам банка?

Повышайте уровень профессионализма своих операторов, так как там сидели две клуши, иначе их не назовешь. Из-за них, я не успела отправить swift перевод долларов в другую страну. Так как они меня отправили за номером договора, чтобы сделать этот перевод. Я съездила домой, а потом поехала в отделение Акцепт на пр.дзержинского и там мне сделали без договора и сказали, что он не требуется. Приходила я в отделение на Б.Хмельницкого 12.04.2019 около 16:00. Пока съездила домой, в другое отделение попала в 17:30. А все swift переводы делаются до 17:00. А у меня был крайний день сегодня. Теперь мой платеж уйдет только в понедельник 15.04.2019. Крайне недовольна обслуживанием в этом банке, девочки молодые и с гонорком.
