Хороший кинотеатр. Чистые залы, вежливые контролёры. Выбираем всегда только его, даже когда есть вариант сходить в КАРО на Арбате. :)

В кинотеатре бардак! Работает хамоватый персонал. Купили билеты, зашли в зал, а наши места заняты, да и в принципе все места в зале заняты. Позвали сотрудника, он долго выяснял кто сидит не на своём месте, в итоге с охраной выгнал из зала пару, у которой тоже были билеты на эти места, т.е. кинотеатр через интернет и через свою кассу продают одни и те же билеты по 2 раза! Вернуть деньги нам отказались сразу, хотя обязаны по правам потребителя! Жалобную книгу не предоставили, обменять наши билеты на сеанс попозже отказали. По каким правилам существуют этот кинотеатр? Прошу руководство разобраться в ситуации. – показать

Кинотеатр нравится, плюсы- расположение в хорошем ТЦ, хорошая система скидок и акций, несколько залов.Минусы- часто неоправданно громкий звук, особенно, если сеанс не в самом большом зале и большой минус- полноценное расписание только на 2 дня! Сегодня, во вторник 04.02 в 13—40, расписания на четверг 06.02 еще нет!
