Не прозрачно с банкетами, заказываем порционо - несут на общих тарелках, различные нарезки и корзины очень маленькие, с алкоголем тоже не все хорошо. Когда приходишь отдохнуть не хочется ни следить, ни считать. А когда в конце вечера приносят счёт, тем более не хочется ругаться, негативный отзыв гораздо больше принесёт потерь репутации заведения. И да - музыканта надо менять, поет что хочет из абсолютно неизвестного репертуара; то что ему нравится - пусть поет в караоке, а не для людей которые оставляют деньги в ресторане. Я думаю теперь мне понятно, почему наполняемость в субботу этого заведения 10%.
