Остались самые негативные эмоции от работы с данной типографией. Никто ни за что не отвечает. Получив 100% предоплату заказ был выполнен отвратительно, УФ лак отходил от визиток, симметрия была не соблюдена, менеджер пытался убедить, что это погрешность в резке, но по факту другой менеджер признал ошибку при производстве. Для возврата денег написала претензию 18.09, был ответ менеджера, что она рассмотрена, будет произведён возврат в течении двух дней, по факту вернули деньги только на 5-й день и не в полном объёме. Не возвращают деньги за макет, который сами не могут реализовать. Ответа на официальную претензию от 18.09 не дали до сих, ответили выборочно на вторую претензию от 25.09. Руководство на связь не выходит, ответственность за действия своих сотрудников никто не несёт, в одностороннем порядке меняют договорённости, на данный момент не соблюдены ни одни сроки, ни по ответам, ни по возвратам. Никаких путей решения предложено не было. Вести работу с возражениями менеджеры не умеют совершенно, говорят на повышенных тонах и обращаются « девушка», что крайне не профессионально. Разочарование от работы с Вами. Я жду ответ на мою претензию и пути решения данной ситуации, в противном случае буду вынуждена подавать жалобу на Вашу компанию.

Работаю с компанией уже больше 3 лет, все устраивает и качество, сроки,цена. Часто у меня бывают форс-мажоры и Багира всегда с пониманием подходит к моим проблемам. Здесь решат все вопросы в рамках изготовления любой рекламной продукции. А еще мне всегда дарят приятные подарочки. Очень приятно. А шоколад у них просто божественный на вкус, я люблю молочный. Заказываю шоколад с логотипом для компании только у них. Очень люблю с вами работать, рекомендую всем.
