Полупустой торговый центр , выбор скудный . В основном бесполезные магазины , не всегда даже понятно что это детский торговый центр. Зато пятёрочка выручает !

Магазины в ТЦ постоянно меняются. Ни в одной из открытых торговых точек нет уголка потребителя. Особенно впечатлил пункт самовывоза «Лабиринт»: на ресепшене агрессивная женщина вместо выполнения своих рабочих обязанностей при клиентах разговаривала на личные темы по телефону, а по окончанию беседы не выслушав до конца вопроса посетителя,начала орать на весь этаж тц. Прошу руководство ООО «лабиринт» обратить внимание на сотрудника работающего в пункте самовывоза на старопетровский проезде,а также принять воспитательные/административные меры относительно указанной штатной единицы. Считаю,что подобное хамское отношение к клиентам не допустимо. Со своей стороны дополнительно направлю письмо в налоговый орган и письмо арендодателю. – показать
