Это же ужас ужас какие наглые. Заставили заплатить за месяц с первого занятия. Дочка отказалась ходить так как преподаватели были то один то другой! А возврат оставшейся суммы теперь не делают ужа 8 дней!!!! Подумайте прежде чем вести сюда ребёнка! Обманщики!

Добрый день! Очень жаль, что Вы приняли решение не ходить к нам в студию. Первое занятие в студии бесплатное и до занятия мы никогда не требуем оплаты. После того как клиент принимает решение о посещении студии, производится оплата за месяц вперед, НО всегда после пробного занятия. Опять же мы всегда идем на встречу клиенту, если есть финансовые трудности, мы не отказываем в запросе оплаты позднее. Согласно ФЗ РФ «О защите прав потребителей» возврат средств за неоказанные услуги должен быть произведён по требованию заявителя в десятидневный срок. Сроки у нас всегда соблюдаются. Мы всегда работаем честно, вот уже 9 год. Всего Вам доброго
