Брали торты, очень вкусные, свежие. Вежливый продавец, профессионалы своего дела, все подробно рассказали о всех начинках.

Были вкусные "Картошки". Потом стали ухудшаться. Отдельно "порадовала" бонусная программа - бонусы сгорают каждый квартал, о начислении бонусов на день рождения тебя никак не уведомляют - хотя, действительно, зачем - ведь потратить их можно только на очень некоторые категории товаров (заказные торты), а на те же "Картошки" почему-то нельзя.

Спасибо за ваш отзыв, нам ценно любое мнение о нас и нашей продукции. Да, со временем нам всем кажется, что раньше было лучше, чем сейчас. Хочу вас уверить, что в случае с "Картошкой" это не так. Она не изменилась ни в технологии, ни в ингредиентах за весь срок который мы её изготавливаем. Пару слов скажу про бонусную программу. Она была введена в работу относительно недавно с целью поощрить наиболее лояльных наших покупателей. Возможна она несовершенна, но она является нашей благодарностью покупателям. Сотни человек регулярно получают ощутимый эффект от нашей бонусной программы. Как вы думаете было бы лучше покупателям, если бы такой программы не существовало бы вовсе?
