Очень редко оставляю отзывы о работе интернет-магазинов. Но тут сделаю исключение. Курьерская служба В2СPL испортила все радости приобретения долгожданного товара. На сегодняшний день срок доставки обещанный курьером просрочен уже на сутки. Заказ 80689094 И не понятно когда всё таки товар доставят. Ни разу ни один человек из курьерской службы не позвонил и не предупредил о переносе сроков и не согласовал новые сроки поставок. В клиентскую службу дозвониться практически не возможно. (ждал ответа по телефону почти час). Если есть возможность выбрать другую компанию смело отказывайтесь от услуг В2СPL. И главное из за них испорчено впечатление о интернет-магазине в котором делался заказ.

Благодарим за обращение, заказ будет доставлен 28.12 с 10 до 18.

Если бы доставка осуществлялась бы так же быстро как Вы ответили, цены бы не было Вашей службе доставки. С удовольствием приму заказ с настоящего момента до завтра (28.12.18) до 6-00.

Сервис полный пи*дец, я в шоке с ваших потерявшихся курьеров, что за безолаберное отношение к работе??? Где шляются ваши курьеры, заказ должен был приехать еще 12.12, итог таков что не курьера не заказа я так и не вижу 2 сутки!!!захотел приехал захотел не приехал, это что такое передайте там всем своим хуеплетам что я их маму очень УВАЖАЛ!
