От лица компании-клиента, чьи заказы B2CPL доставляет уже несколько лет. Эта компания - синоним слова некомпетентность. Касается всего - работы клиентских менеджеров, работы курьеров, работы автоматических рассылок. С лёгкостью нарушают пункты договора. Чтобы добиться ответа от менеджера по той или иной проблеме - приходится напоминать о себе несколько раз. К сожалению, вряд ли когда-то смогу рекомендовать эту компанию к сотрудничеству.

Несмотря на две аварии у курьера в течении дня, несмотря, что не дозвонился до меня ни по телефону ни в дверь по приезду (связь пропадала и ему пришлось подниматься снова на этаж), несмотря, что уже поздний вечер. Он доставил заказ с вежливой улыбкой. Да, опоздал, но опоздал по уважительной причине. В это время все уже по домам сидят в расслабленном состоянии, а он вот развозит посылки. Не раскис и не законючил, чтобы на другой день перекинуть доставку. Благодарность и уважение! Спасибо!
