Была на спа программе в этом салоне. Не понятно , что было за обертывание , но это отвратительно, когда такое подсовывают ,откровенно просроченные материалы ,либо фальсификацию. Неуважение к клиенту, обещали перезвонить и объяснить по какой уходовой косметике работают и полная тишина. Обман и только. Массаж был хороший.

Доброго времени суток! Нам жаль, что у вас осталось негативное впечатление от посещения нашего салона. Просим уточнить какого числа вы были на процедуре и с кем из сотрудников уже общались по данному вопросу, а так же просим уточнить кто и в чем вас обманул. Пишите сюда в комментарии или звоните по телефону 8(499)398-02-05 Обязательно разберемся в данном вопросе. По обертываниям точно можем сказать, что уже 7 лет не меняли поставщика именно по тому, что нас, а главное всех наших гостей устраивало качество используемой косметики. Просрочки тоже не может быть, потому что у нас очень активно заказывают данную услугу - 50% абонементов - это СПА абонементы, которые приобретают в большинстве своем как раз из-за обертываний. Также обертывание участвует в спа программах и спа днях, которые у нас приобретают по подарочным сертификатам около 20-30 в месяц, поэтому просроченных материалов у нас не бывает. Рады что массаж Вам понравился. Надеемся, что Вы выйдите на связь и мы исправим ваше впечатление.

Очень крутой массажный салон. Всегда уютно, светло и очень атмосферно! Нравится там все - от приветливых администраторов до шикарных мастеров массажа) Бываю часто, ещё и сертификат купила на целый курс, так дешевле) а ещё сертификаты можно покупать в подарок - на день рождения подругам и друзьям! На Новый год попала под крутую акцию один покупаешь - второй в подарок!!! В общем - тут любят людей и дело, которым занимаются))))
