Записывают к определённому времени, ещё и попросят не опаздывать. Когда посетите офис вам сообщат, что принять сегодня НЕ СМОГУТ.

По итогу прошло уже больше 3-ех недель с момента обращения (при заявленных 14 дней), никакого ответа от банка так и не последовало. Даже пустой отписки. Для будущих клиентов повод лишний раз задуматься стоит ли иметь дело с банком, в котором отдел "качества" не может выдержать заявленные сроки.
