Офрмила заявку на кредит в отделении банка по пр.Социалистический 117 , ещё 21 июня 2022г. Сказали ; Ожидайте в течении суток. Сегодня 2 августа , ответа нет. Робот-помошник отвечает , что заявки на кредит не было ! Отвратительное отношения !!!!!!

Бот звонит каждый день. На линии сказали что нужна куда-то обращаться писать заявление. Мне ваше заявление никуда не уперлось.это ваши проблемы, а не мои. Отвратительное отношение к людям. Будят звонками. Никогда не открою здесь счёт только из-за свинского отношения

Ещё раз говорю. Дальше отзыва я ничего делать не буду. Ужасный подход к клиентам. Докатывать вам, что номер мой. Когда вы начали мне звонить у вас было доказательство что номер мой?
