Записался в банк по телефону ко времени, заказал деньги. Приехал вовремя, сразу скажу, что пришлось подождать немного дольше, чем ожидал. В остальном все было как изначально договаривались.

Всегда очереди, сотрудники крайне непрофессиональны, ответить на вопросы не могут, на Тушканова, 6 постоянно грубят клиентам банка, постоянно нарушается время по записи более чем на 30 минут, руководителя подразделения очень часто нет на месте, охранника тот нет, то смотрит в телефоне фильмы. Их всех выгнать надо оттуда. Только касса работает удовлетворительно.
