Пришёл сюда менять покупать Доллары , перед этим зашёл на сайт посмотрел курс , он меня устроил. Пошёл на кассу написано перерыв с 12 до 13 , а в итоге он до 14:00 пришлось 20 минут подождать , потом пошёл в кассу менять рубли на доллары , и как всегда , больше чем написано на сайте и это уже не первый раз , раза 3 сюда приходил и всегда перед обменом курс больше! Больше этот банк не буду рассматривать даже для обмена на доллары и обратно.

Добрый день. В течение дня курсы валют меняются неоднократно. Мы рекомендуем уточнять курс непосредственно перед совершением операции. По поводу длительного ожидания информация принята и доведена до вышестоящего руководства. Приносим извинения за доставленные неудобства. АТБ (ПАО)

Странный режим работы касс, открыты по будням до 16.00. Написано это непосредственно на двери кассы, даже не отделения Неплохо было бы написать об этом здесь, чтобы люди зря не ходили. В остальном обслуживание нормальное
