Самый ужасный банк!!! Создали мне из-за некомпетентности сотрудников банка кучу проблем, а именно из-за пени 22 рубля приписали мне штраф в 700руб, хотя я лично по своей инициативе звонила заранее на горячую линию и уточняла нет ли никаких просрочек и тд! Прошло 5 дней и они нарисовались со штрафом!!! Одновременно с этим наложили ошибочно арест на мой счёт! Написала и направила в банк претензию по поводу штрафа и отправила офиц ответ судей, что в отношении меня нет никаких арестов! На горячей линии один стандартный ответ -« ожидайте»! Никакой клиентоориентированности, да просто даже желания решить проблемы, созданные ими же!!! Ужасный! Ужасный! Ужасный банк!! Отправили мне какой-то там ответ почтой России! 21век! Почтой России! А тем временем ни арест не снят, ни по претензии со штрафом не решены вопросы! Из отделения банка отправляют на горячую линию, с горячей линии в отделение! Вы ужасный банк! В любом другом банке все текущие вопросы решаются по телефону и сотрудники максимально стараются помочь! От вас одни проблемы не в первый раз! В итоге я внесла 5000 , хотя штраф не по моей вине, а по вашей! И с ошибочным арестом моего счёта тянется и неизвестно когда решится вопрос, поэтому я даже денежными средствами не могу пользоваться! Такой отстой, а не банк!

Сколько раз не прихожу , сидит одна девушка, народу много , ещё и на обед придумали в 4 часа дня . Вообщем очень долго !

Нечаянно нажала на одну звезду,неуспела на все 5 Обслуживанием ваших специалистов всегда довольна, спасибо. Я даже и не помню когда я заходила. Но помню, что начала отмечать оценочные звезды и быстро слетело я не успела...
