Зачем пишите, что в субботу банк работает. Ни часа ни отработали, специально приехали, а в итоге закрыт.

Татьяна, здравствуйте. в СБ и ВС в банке проводилось обновление программного обеспечения, сегодня все офисы работают в прежнем режиме. Приносим свои извинения.

Брала кредит, из 100 тыс. 20 тыс (страховка и какой-то сертификат на юр. помощь, которую я не просила). Теперь названивают, чтобы снизить мне ставку по кредиту, но на самом деле заманивают в офис, чтобы я взяла еще 300 тыс.!!! Кроме того, я уже была в другом отделении и мне рассказали эти невыгодные условия. Позже мне звонит девушка с этого отделения и опять приглашает якобы снизить ставку по моему кредиту. Я объясняю, что я уже ходила в другое отделение и новый кредит я брать не буду, на что девушка говорит, что нет, новый брать на надо, это такая у них сейчас супер-пупер программа для клиентов, мне могут снизить ставку. Я приезжаю из центра в ЮЖНЫЙ и что я слышу??? Возьмите еще 300 тыс. и будет мне счастье... Да идите вы в пень с вашими сертификатами, страховками и врущими сотрудниками!!!

Добрый день, Татьяна. Спасибо за обратную связь. Действительно, возможно получить новый кредит с погашением действующего кредита по более выгодным условиям. Процентная ставка будет ниже, чем по Вашему кредиту. Благодарим за обращение.

Мошенники. За кредит в 50 000 предлагали страховку на 70000. При этом ставка на рекламе - 9% годовых.
