Не дорожат, кассирша хамка. Пришел обменять валюту у которой был небольшой надрез, мне отказали в обмене...до этого случая пользовался услугами обмена всегда в этом банке.

Познакомилась с этим банком недавно.Коллектив замечательный,вежливый.Подход к клиенту индивидуальный.Дорожат каждым клиентом,что не мало важно!.Видно ,что подходят к дело серьезно и основательно.Что тоже радует!Буду и дальше работать с этим банком!Всем добра и процветания!

Не доволен работой данного офиса в последнее время. Клиент более 10 лет. Нет опытных, прежних девушек-сотрудников, которые всегда были готовы помочь. Работают новички, постоянно советуются друг с другом, обслуживание происходит очень медленно, не эффективно. Придется для будущего искать другие варианты банка.
