Как ни придешь менять валюту, постоянно перерыв у сотрудника который этим занимается. Приходится по 20 минут ждать. Крайне не удобно.

Ужас!!! Платим через этот банк ипотеку ,сама ипотека в другом банке!!!на Профинтерна я как жена могла заплатить без проблем!!! А тут кассир выгнала меня!!! Причем нагрубив!!! Банк один и то же а правила разные!!!не советую пользоватся этим банком!!!

Можете более подробно описать ситуацию: дату и время обращения в офис банка, с каким сотрудником вы работали, оплату планировали внести по номеру счета или по ФИО заемщика? у вас были при себе документ удостоверяющий личность?
