Звонили по телефону горячей линии с предложением кредита. Сделали расчёт, при сумме кредита 1900 000 р. на 60 мес платеж по 43600 р. Ставка со страхованием жизни 5,9%, заполнили частично заявку, пришло положительное решение. Пригласили в банк на встречу, для полного заполнения заявки и получения окончательного одобрения. Пришла я в офис, перед заполнением заявки сотрудник банка делает расчёт на тех же условиях, 1900 000 на 60 мес, платеж 51800р. Я в недоумении. Она говорит ставка 11,9%, сумма кредита со страхованием жизни 2380 000р. Т.е страховка жизни 480 т.р. это 25% от суммы кредита. Ужас. Без страхования жизни ставка 19,9%, платеж аналогичный или даже больше. В общем, больше в этот банк не ногой! Жаль зря потраченное время!

Добрый день! При оформлении заявки в отделении банка условия подбираются индивидуально и процентная ставка по договору может отличаться от предварительно одобренной.

Вопрос в том, что в момент посещения офиса, я ещё не оставляла заявку. А мне уже предварительный расчет сделали по совершенно иным условиям. Т.е эти условия реальные, и по горячей линии должны озвучивать их сразу, а не заманивать ставками 5,9%.
