В связи с тем, что отказалась заключать с ними договор на их услуги, препятствуют мне в продаже квартиры. А именно не снимают объявление с Авито и Юлы (агенство разместило без моего письменного согласия) тем самым эти ресурсы не позволяют разместить мне объявление о продаже, а если и получается разместить, то Авито блокирует мое объявление. Агент заблокировала мой телефон. На контакт не идут. Буду писать заявление в прокуратуру на мошеннические действия.

Добрый день, Уважаемая Нина. Ваш номер телефона никем не был блокирован, Вы можете связаться с любым из наших сотрудников в рабочее время. О каком договоре идет речь, не понятно, так как риэлтор лично с Вами не встречалась, в силу Вашей занятости, контакт был через переписку в мессенджере, в которой была договоренность о стоимости и условиях продажи, а так же предоставлены Вами фото квартиры для размещения на сайтах. На Вашу просьбу снять объявление с публикации, риэлтор отреагировал в тот же день, объявление было удалено. К общению, решению каких либо вопросов, в том числе спорных, всегда открыты как в телефонном режиме, так и при личной встрече у нас в офисе.

Прекратите лукавить, объявление на Авито (заблокировал сам сайт, после проверки), а на Юле объявление есть! И вы отвечаете, что квартира снята с продажи и предлагаете другой вариант. А объявление так и не снимаете с Юлы. Очень профессионально Вы действуете и вредительствуете людям, которые не хотят с вами сотрудничать.
