Безумно долгие очереди. Почти всегда. Это ваш самый большой минус был и видимо будет всегда, если что то не предпримите.

Добрый день! Для того, чтобы не ждать в очереди, у нас работаю два менеджера. Вы всегда можете оставить заказ у них и забрать позже совершенно без очереди. Будем рады, если вы попробуете такую схему работы)

Ужасное обслуживание, сотрудники ведут себя крайне несерьёзно, вместо того, что бы ускориться и разгрузить очередь, бегают и пересмеиваются с девушками из отдела дизайна. Прождала в очереди 30 мин, хотя передо передо мной был 1 человек. Здесь необходим администратор, который хоть как то организует порядок

Добрый день! Нас всегда очень огорчает, что со стороны кажется, как будто у операторов нет работы и они специально медленно печатают. Это, конечно, не так. Кроме людей, которые ожидают в очереди, эти же самые операторы печатают заказы, которые приходят от всех корпоративных заказчиков, с почт, телефонов и т.д. Каждый день приходят на работу пораньше и уходят попозже, чтобы успеть сделать заказы вовремя, при этом стараются сохранять оптимизм. Для того, чтобы наши заказчики не ждали в очереди, у нас работает штат менеджеров у которых можно оставить свой заказ и забрать позднее, будем рады, если вы попробуете такую схему работы)
