Что хорошо-большой выбор, доставка быстрая, если угадал с рыбой, то она действительно будет свеженькая и хорошая) Что плохо-мало для какой рыбы пишут год вылова, а брать без года не рекомендую. Также лучше брать пластом. Заказывали тунца поштучно - по виду как будто года 3 пролежал на складе, придется термически обрабатывать. Скумбрию пластом брали 2 раза - оба раза очень хорошая, блестящая. В засолке - огонь! Кету в прошлом году брали пластом, но там была странная история: часть рыбы была хорошей, а часть - совсем нет. По ощущениям как будто пласт или хранился неправильно или на заморозке была добавлена старая рыба. Горбуша (сг) также пластом попалась очень хорошая (2 раза брали), крупная, несколько рыбин с икрой.
