Продавцы наглые и некомпетентные. Обманывают с ценами, устанавливают свои правила на размеры отрезов. Мне не стали отрезать необходимую мне длинну 2 метра из остатка 3,4 метров, обосновав, что данный остаток продается целиком. Это полностью несоответствует закону прав потребителей, я имею право купить столько метров, сколько посчитаю нужным. Советую обходить это место стороной

Сегодня была в арт-салоне на Пятницкой. В отделе ткани продавцы-консультанты сдержанно вежливы. А вот в отделе фурнитуры за прилавком продавец с покупателями не церемонится. В открытую не хамит (может потому, что я человек вежливый), но лишний раз к ней обращаться не хочется. Ощущение, что я пришла к ней домой без приглашения. Одно радует, большой выбор и здесь я приобрела все, что было нужно. В следующий раз буду рассматривать и другие салоны, т.к. настроение портить не хочется.

Приехала специально в этот магазин из Ростовской области, но так его и не нашла, у кого не спрашивала, никто не знал, указателей нет. Хорошо, что не далеко попался другой, ничуть не хуже.
