Вода нормальная, но сервис ужасный. Заказываю воду по три раза, видимо заявку читают только каждую третью. Привозят в то время, в которое я указываю, что дома точно никого не будет. Не звонят вообще. В общем, если вы не готовы ждать воду больше недели , не выходя из дому, потому что "я сюда больше не поеду, а мне все равно,что вы там пишете", то крайне не рекомендую связываться с этой конторой.

НИКОМУ НЕ СОВЕТУЮ ОБРАЩАТЬСЯ В ДАННУЮ ОРГАНИЗАЦИЮ. ЗАКАЗАЛ ВОДУ 3 БУТЫЛКИ, ПО ТЕЛЕФОНУ ОПЕРАТОР СКАЗАЛ 5.. РУБЛЕЙ. ПО ПРИЕЗДУ, ТАДЖИКИ ОБЪЯВИЛИ, "ТВОЯ МАМА ДАВАЙ ЗАЛОГ". ГОВОРЮ ПО ТЕЛЕФОНУ СКАЗАЛИ НЕ НАДО. ДАВАЙ ГОВОРИТ "МАМОЙ НУЖНО". теперь я ваш враг номер 1. буду писать отзывы всю жизнь

Давно заказываем воду у данной фирмы. К качеству претензий нет. Единственный минус, когда указываешь время работы с 9 часов,а воду привозят в 7-8 утра, даже не позвонив и не поедупредив об этом! (Хотя всегда прошу позвонить заранее) Это ужасно неудобно.В целом все хорошо.

Вода как вода. А сервис - отвратный. Расторгли договор с компанией потому что грузчик не хотел заносить воду. Дословно "мне здесь близко поставить машину негде. А ближе к вам парковки нет - мне не резон 30 рублей заработаю, 3000 штрафа отдам". В другой компании без проблем занесли и поставили куда нужно. И (о чудо) встать им было где! Когда договор расторгли - забрали помпу БУ у нас. То ли обиделись, то ли потом наша полугодовалая помпа пойдет следующему клиенту... В общем, не рекомендую
