очень однобоко навязчивый сервис, который распространяется только на продажу. не дают спокойно выбирать оправу, постоянно лезут с советами и комментариями "как вам хорошо". в итоге решила просто заменить линзы в очках по имеющемуся рецепту. оправа лежала у них 2! дня и мне никто не позвонил. когда позвонила сама узнать о готовности, сказали вам звонили один раз и не дозвонились! при этом якобы я виновата в этом, хотя пропущенных звонков у меня не было. в магазине спросила "вы только 1 раз звоните, ведь человек мог быть в метро", ответили "да". не рекомендую.
