Заказала контактные линзы 15 июля. Обещали привезти в течении 2-х недель. ПО ИТОГУ:ЛИНЗ НЕТ ВОТ УЖЕ КАК 26 ДНЕЙ!!!Звонила в салон, возврат сказали делают только после того, как приедут линзы. Еще выяснилось, что линзы придется ждать ни 2 недели, а месяц!!!Кормят обещаниями, что заказ придет на след. недели и тд, а по факту уже какую неделю их нет. Я заплатила 4700 и уже не знаю придет мне мой заказ. Спасибо айкрафту за "хорошее" настроение.

Понравилась работа офтальмолога. Так как посетила я салон оптики в первый , и, надеюсь, последний раз, сравнить сервис самого магазина и продавцов мне не счем. Порадовало оперативное изготовление линз.

Хамское обслуживание, навязывание ненужных накруток на очки. Минимальная вежливость отсутствует, надменность и высокомерие в избытке. Очень неприятное впечатление от контакта с сотрудниками, никогда больше не куплю в этой сети ничего.
