Понравилось: Отношение к пациентам. Профессионализм. Врач принял без записи, после своего рабочего дня. Спасибо Вам огромное. Не понравилось: Нет. История пациента: У ребёнка случился перелом пальца, 2 раза вправляли в травмпункте, в детской больнице сказали, как будто ничего не делали. Никто ничего не объяснил, где сломал, почему 2 раза и не вправился. Поехали в «АйКлиник» к доктору Панченко Андрею Владимировичу, посмотрел руку ребёнку, снимки, описание, всё рассказал подробно, объяснил, посоветовал, что делать нам в данной ситуации, когда другие больницы, врачи с нами обращались как не с людьми. Это потрясающий врач, мастер своего дела. После приёма мы вышли довольные, спокойные и сделали, что сказал Андрей Владимирович. После операции будем наблюдаться только у Андрея Владимировича. В эту клинику не первый раз обращаемся, до этого ребёнку колено вылечили.

Понравилось: Простота записи. Пунктуальность. Ремонт в здании. Персонал. Отношение к клиенту. История пациента: Мне понравилось посещать данную клинику, опыт положительный. Внутри чисто и опрятно. Особо хочу отметить работу персонала, девушек на ресепшен, доктора. Доктор уделил достаточно времени, внимательно выслушал и осмотрел. Ответил на все вопросы. Высокая клиентоориентированность.
