Мы обращаемся за услугами вашей компании уже более 5 лет. Но в последний раз что-то пошло не так. Мы подали заказ и прислали макеты 9 октября. Пояснили менеджеру, что нас интересует максимально быстрое оказание услуг. На вашем сайте указан срок изготовления — от 3 дней. Однако вместо этого пришлось ждать некую сборку. Через пару недель менеджер сообщила, что сборка набрана и 29 октября мы оплатили счет № 3489 от 09.10.2019. Но результата не имеем до сих пор. Более того, со слов менеджера, заказ до сих пор даже не отдан в работу. После оплаты счета вдруг стали появляться причины, мешающие исполнению заказа: сначала наши макеты вдруг перестали подходить под технические требования; затем оказалось, что нужно ждать новую сборку; затем нас обязали делать какие-то письменные заявления. Когда мы попросили вернуть деньги, оказалось, что и деньги возвращать вы не хотите или не можете. И в завершении, у нас отказались принять устную претензию, поэтому и пишем ее вам официально. Отдельно обращаю ваше внимание на то, что все причины не звучали до выставления и оплаты счета, а возникли после, когда никакие новые требования появляться уже не могут. В связи с этим прошу оказать оплаченные услуги и выдать печатную продукцию до 21 ноября 2019 года. Если для вас это невозможно, то требую вернуть всю оплату.

Находятся в соседнем здании от моего офиса поэтому я тут часто бываю. То визитки, то букетики закажу. Все делают в хорошем качестве и на хорошей бумаге. Не стыдно давать своим клиентам
