Заказывала посуду в интернет-магазине, доставку осуществляла как раз Ай-Эм-Эл. В течении дня всё доставили, на мой взгляд очень оперативно. Хочу также отметить, что всё было упаковано качественно, потому ничего и не повредилось!

Отвратительная контора!!!!Курьер позвонил и условие выдвинул-или я сейчас получу заказ или не получу вовсе.Это при том, что было согласовано время доставки.Служба поддержки вообще наглые, брезгливые хамы.В общем НИКОГДА НЕ ПОЛЬЗУЙТЕСЬ УСЛУГАМИ ЭТОЙ КОНТОРКИ!!!Хамы

У меня небольшой интернет магазин игрушек.Опыт работы с компанией IML у меня не большой, но и его хватило, что бы сделать выводы об этой компании.Хочу вам рассказать историю.На сайте моего интернет магазина клиент сделал заказ, с датой доставки на 28.12Заказал 2 игрушки, так как вечером он шёл на день рождение к детям двойняшкам и мои 2 игрушки, которые он заказал должны быть в качестве подарка.Днем клиент позвонил и уточнил, доставят ли ему данный заказ, я посмотрела в личном кабинет е компанией IML, заказ был в статусе у курьера. Я его успокоила и сказала, что ваш заказ у курьера и вам до 18 часов его доставят.В 17 часов мне позвонил клиент и сказал, что получил СМС от компании IML, что заказ ему не доставят 28.12, а доставят 29.12. А 29.12 ему этот заказ уже не актуален.В результате, такой работы компанией IML, я недополучила прибыль, получила негативный отзыв на сайте и после всего этого, компания IML с меня еще и деньги в размере 122 рублей, за услугу списали.
