При возврате нового в упаковке товара возникли проблемы. При том что вечером купил, утром привёз. Пришлось дать продавцу 300 руб, а то обещал месяц товар возвращать.

Уважаемый Иван, не вводите в заблуждение людей, разговор был о том, что необходимо дождаться человека ответственного за возвраты 1час ,(максимум 1.5 часа). У вас данной возможности не было, вы предложили возврат с дисконтом за помощь в быстром решении вопроса, вам пошли на встречу и я сам лично заехал в банк (потратив свое время и ресурсы) скинул деньги и перевел вам. Если вас так смутил дисконт (Который вы сами предложили) приезжайте к нам , я лично вам отдам ваши 3 копейки. И оформим всё соответствующим образом как полагается. А допустим тот факт что вас дожидались в магазине в нерабочее время, о том что вам помогали подбирать деталь от другой машины( т.к. на вашу не существует аналога), вы конечно же не учитываете, все условия для вас мы создали, но и таким образом вы остались не довольны, поэтому ваш отзыв абсолютно не корректен но имеет место быть, для вашего собственного самоудовлетворения. Всего Вам доброго!)

Дисконт. Это когда в мою сторону, а это - вымогательство. И ничего вы не предлагали, вы предложили "по закону" месяц на экспертизу товара. Я всё хорошо помню до сих пор. И сам ты Иван.
