Приобрёл шрус, в итоге выяснилось что стопора и шплинта в комплекте нет. Так называемые менеджеры ответили что их и не должно быть. Уму непостижимо как можно так относиться к клиенту. Раньше было получше всё, но со временем компания уверенно роняет свой рейтинг. Отпуская товар не проверяют комплектацию а требуют поставить подпись ещё до того как товар принесут со склада. Итог: простой машины, нерешённый вопрос, потраченное время и деньги на поиск и приобретение недостающих деталей в других магазинах. От представителя компании только казённая фраза: приносим извинения... И на этом всё... Отвратительное отношение зажравшейся компании и работничков... Менеджеры хамят и строят из себя "умных" Позор руководству за своих недалёких работничков.

Может, завысил оценку, но, ненамного, уверяю. Возникла нестандартная ситуация во время стандартной процедуры (замена передних рычагов). Суть в том, что крепёж не соответствовал отверстиям под этот крепёж в запчастях. В итоге выход был найден и всё это время ребята были в контакте со мной, пояснили, показали, короче, пришлось им повозиться... Я им крайне признателен, не только за работы, но и за участливое отношение к клиенту (т.е., ко мне).
