Вообще, за то время, пока я ремонтировался на этом сервисе, особых претензий у меня к нему не было, за исключением одной — редкостный, по своей хамоватости приемщик, сочетающий хамство с, мягко говоря, странными техническими познаниями — тут и уверения, что вполне возможно в двигателе смешивать масла разных производителей, и то, что при замене амортизаторов совсем не обязательно проверять сход-развал, а уж про эпичную историю с радиатором АКПП, за давностью времени я вообще умалчиваю.Но то, чт о произошло сегодня окончательно поставило крест на моих контактах с «ТСМ».Предварительно записан на 12—30 — как человек пунктуальный, приезжаю точно в назначенное время. До 14 час., порешав свои вопросы, возвращаюсь, машина стоит в боксе. Я, весь такой наивный, спрашиваю - мол, все уже сделано, и машина стоит в очереди на сход-развал? Получаю ответ, что к моей машине еще, вообще, никто не подходил. Так, уже интересно, хотя за «ТСМ» это и раньше наблюдалось — слесаря с моей машины запросто могли отправить на другой подъемник, где, вероятно, клиент другой, важнее. Но, чтобы так — пригнать машину, к которой в течение полутора часов никто не подходит — уже перебор. При этом, что называется «на голубом глазу», этот хамоватый юноша меня уверяет, что, оказывается, назначенное мне время не 12—30, а 13—30 — пораженный столь наглой ложью, тем не менее спрашиваю - мол, ничего, что сейчас 14 часов. В ответ на это с приемщиком начинается подлинная истерика — он выгоняет мою машину из бокса, заявляя, что вообще отказывается брать ее в ремонт. Ну, что же — сделаем выводы — на ремонт в «ТСМ» ни ногой, да и другим не советую. – показать

За последние 3—4 года неоднократно обращался в TCM. Всегда качественно,без лишней болтовни и за разумную цену.
