Обращаемся в этот шиномонтаж уже давно — храню колеса и меняю их. В этот раз они не могли найти колеса в течение суток, так как забыли в прошлый раз оформить заказ-наряд. В итоге на следующий день поменяли, мой водитель забрал авто. В тот же день я не узнала свои колёса… ДМСервис поставил на мою машину чужие колёса (шины с дисками) к тому же с 1 пробитой шиной. На мои вопросы отвечали «мы не знаем что делать. Ездите на этих, какая разница». Далее на звонки не отвечают, не перезванивают.ДМСерв ис, если вы это читаете, я жду ваших действий. – показать

В итоге, выставили ситуацию, что я не помню, какие у меня колёса. Доложили своему учредителю некорректную информацию, якобы я обнаружила замену спустя 2 месяца, хотя я позвонила в сервис на следующий же день после замены. В итоге мы забрали не свои колёса, так как бесполезно было общаться. Даже при прощании пытались обмануть, продавая пакеты для колес за 100 руб штука, тогда как все 4 суммарно столько стоят.Если вы не хотите потерять огромное количество денег и нервов, никогда не обращайтесь в данный сервис. – показать

Был в этом сервисе делал балансировку колес на своей ауди все сделали нормально быстро большое спасибо теперь тока в этот сервис и ежу и цены у них нормальные ниже чем у других
