Была там в кафе - нормально, в целом понравилось. Но доставка оттуда не радует. Всегда опаздывают, потому что находятся дальше от меня, чем кафе на макаренко. Там по большей части пицца, поэтому, я редко там заказываю. Но недавно заказала роллы, думала, что их привезут с макаренко и , как обычно, уложатся в час, оператор тоже сказала, что доставка 1 час. Оказалось, что их повезут с проспекта Ленина. Через час только пришла смс, что курьер выехал. Он позвонил и сказал, что до меня еще два заказа. И все же, спустя еще 50 минут я позвонила в кафе, узнать как там заказ, мне администратор неуверенно ответила, что заказ отправлен и в ближайшее время будет у меня, вот и вся помощь. Заказ привезли через 10 минут, так что, итого получилось, что заказ опоздал ровно на час. Понятно, что ситуации бывают разные. Я в недоумении, почему такое наплевательское отношение: -курьер буднично сообщает, что передо мной еще два заказа, как будто, так и надо, так и положено. -не предупредили, что заказ будет собран только через час и еще час будет доставляться, а обещали доставку через час. -если знали, что заказ будет собран позже и курьер его привезет третьим по счету, можно же было обернуть воки фольгой, чтобы они не остыли. Да если бы мне сказали, что заказ будет такой долгий, я бы его отменила или изменила, не заказывая горячих блюд. После такой долгой доставки лапша остыла. Горячий ролл был чуть теплый, и то потому, что был завернут в фольгу.

Самые вкусные роллы в городе!! Они большие, сочные, аппетитные. Заказывала на самовывоз, сделали за 20 минут. Спасибо Вам за гастрономический кайф!!!
