Муж обратился к ним 18.05.19 с трещиной на лобовом стекле. Не смотря на громкие заявления на сайте, гарантии на ремонт трещин не дают, ровно как и все остальные сервисы подобного толка. Вот только цена у них сильно завышена при таком качестве работ. Приехали на Большую Тульскую. Работы выполняла некая молодая дама, то ли Кристина, то ли Ксения. Имя пишу специально, чтобы все обходили ее стороной. Засверлила, типа заделала трещину и засверл, по деньгам вышло 1500. Сразу возникли подозрения, что низковато и в этот же день появились отблески продолжающейся трещины. За неделю на стоячей машине трещина ушла еще на 1.5 см от места засверливания. Стали снова звонить этой Кристине/Ксении. Оказалось, что приехать снова конечно можно, но совсем в другое место, видимо их же филиал в районе Курской и, учитывая пробки и расстояния, потратить на это пол дня. Естественно, снова без гарантий и не бесплатно. В итоге приняли, как теперь понимаем, единственное правильное решение и обратились в другую мастерскую. Здесь за 500 рублей качественно рассверлили, обработали края, сделали контрольное отверстие выше, залили полимером отверстия и эту новую часть трещины. По итогу засверливания даже выглядят абсолютно по разному. В сколовнет проделывалось одно тонкое отверстие, причём на внутренней стороне стекла, дырка как розочка, необработанные края, вокруг образовалась паутинка из мелких трещин, которая еще и разрастается со временем (на первой фотке видно). Да, потом пролили полимером, но результат никакой. Две дырки сделанные в другом месте ровненькие, типа воронок (вторая фотка для сравнения). Сделали вывод, что в Сколовнет нет технология остановки трещин не соблюдается, потому и результат плачевный. Кстати, после появления отзыва Сколовнет ответили и полностью открестились сначала от мастера, типа на замену на период отпуска основного сотрудника, а потом и от всего сервиса на Тульской, типа это не мы, их адрес просто у нас на сайте висит по агентской схеме. Так что обращаться с трещинами не советую, дорого и бессмысленно. – показать
