Записался на развал-схождение. Когда приехал, выяснилось, что аппарат сломан. На резонный вопрос, почему не предупредили, менеджер отправил к мастеру, мол я вообще не при делах. Мастер считает, что тоже ни при чем. Вот такая клиентоориентированность. Всем все до лампочки. Не извинились, не предложили перезаписаться, ничего.

Сказал бы так . Навязывают лишние услуги. По факту уезжаешь оттуда на неотремонтированном авто.

Обслуживаю свой хундай уже не первый год, все нравится. Цена качество, то что надо!!!) Уверен на все 100% что все заявленные работы будут сделаны, старые запчасти возвращают. Удобное расположение.
