Пересдача только через месяц, автоинструктор Сабуров не учит ничему от слова совсем. 1 звезда только лишь за преподавателя по теории, он реально учит, всё остальное в этой автошколе дно.

Спасибо за Ваш отзыв, нам важно мнение каждого ученика. Хотели бы разъяснить ситуацию по сдаче экзамена в ГИБДД. Количество обучаемых кандидатов в водители на АКПП меньше, чем на МКПП. В связи с этим, автошкола формирует списки на экзамен, только после того как набирается положенное ГИБДД количество сдающих на АКПП.

ОРГАНИЗАЦИЯ обучения - ПОЛНЫЙ АД. Автошколе надо ОБЪЯСНЯТЬ то, за что мы ПЛАТИМ ДЕНЬГИ. И почему человек записывается в группу ВЫХОДНОГО дня. О том, что будет ЭКЗАМЕН школа НЕ ПРЕДУПРЕЖДАЕТ НИКАК. Отговорка, что "повесили объявление в автошколе за две недели и это ВАШИ проблемы " - постановка вопроса ОБРАЗОВАТЕЛЬНОГО УЧЕРЕЖДЕНИЯ которое ОБЯЗАНО уведомлять об ЭКЗАМЕНАХ любыми способами. Почему-то об оплате смс\ватсап у вас работает, а как уведомить об экзаменах - нам надо в группе выходного дня дежурить и ждать пока ваш секретарь (который не умеет в этику общения с клиентом и говорит прямым текстом, что ЭТО НАШИ ПРОБЛЕМЫ ( за наши деньги?!) ) вывесит бумажку с числами экзаменов? Вам надо объяснить как организовать группы в вк\ватсапе\телеграме и оповестить учащихся о том, что у вас в школе происходит? С какого лешего я должен трепать нервы за услуги, за которые я отдал достаточно денег и в полном объеме?! К ИНСТРУКТОРУ вопросов нет.
