Жуткое место Достоинства: охрана Недостатки: сплошные минусы Жуткое место. А если выезжать, как я вечером, в темное время суток, еще и страшное. Как бы противно не был, все таки пару плюсов можно выделить: огороженная территория; пропускной режим и охрана. Увы, но на этом плюсы заканчивается. Начинаются минусы: 1. Маленький, ОЧЕНЬ МАЛЕНЬКИЙ зал ожидания. Это даже не зал, а небольшая комната. То есть если дождь, снег или просто очень холодно, людям можно посочувствовать. Мало того, в связи с большим скоплением народа, запах там тоже не ахти какой. 2. Туалеты. Даже описывать нет желания. 3. На улице есть подобие металлических лавочек, но даже если вам достанется там место (их мало), то зимой скорее всего Ваша пятая точка примерзнет. Одно радует, что после нескольких часов ожидания в этом кошмаре, я села в прекрасный автобус. На мой взгляд - подобные автостанции - это позор. Я бы еще поняла, если бы от сюда отправлялись автобусы в дачные кооперативы или деревни. Но это же Москва и это международная автостанция!

Колхоз и товарные бабы Достоинства: Говорят стресс в малых дозах полезен Недостатки: Хамство, плохая организация Постоянно одни и те же проблемы с багажом. Его вечно некуда ставить, когда дело касается маршруток! Сумки громоздят одна на одну ещё и за деньги. Всё это сопровождается недовольствами граждан. Отношение проверяющих билеты близкое к хамскому, ещё не было ни одной поездки, чтобы обошлось без каких-либо споров между пассажирами и контролёром. Качество еды на автостанции оставляет желать лучшего. Маленький выбор. Нет сетевых кафе. Не знаю как обстоит дело с другими маршрутами, но направление Москва - Смоленск монополизировали. Это, к сожалению, единственный автобусный сервис по данному направлению, поэтому выбирать не приходится.
