Ужасное отношение администраторов. Если нет проблем, они общаются нормально. Но стоит обратиться к ним с какой-то проблемой, они сразу «умывают руки», говорят, что «не знают как помочь» или вообще «разбирайтесь сами, у меня нет на это времени». Например, у меня не запускалась программа с их флешки и девушка сказала, что помочь она не может и кроме неё тоже никто помочь не может. Помимо этого, стоит к ним обратиться с любым вопросом касательно обучения, сдачи и т.д., отвечают всегда грубо и как будто делают одолжение. Хотя это их прямая обязанность. – показать

Хочу выразить благодарность автошколе «ЯПРАВА», я — водитель!До похода в автошколу ни разу не пробовала водить, очень волновалась, получится ли у меня… Знакомые «подбадривали», рассказывая о том, что инструктор будет меня ругать, кричать и что нужно готовиться к серьезному стрессу и расходам. Однако мне повезло. Адимнистратор, выслушав мои опасения, направили меня к Боратинскому Игорю Николаевичу! Спокойный, выдержанный, терпеливый, внимательный, понимающий; при этом доступно всё объясняет, даёт чёткие рекомендации и полезные советы! Я очень рада, что попала именно к нему. Внутренние экзамены после его подготовки были проверкой только нервов, навыки были в порядке.Спасибо автошколе «ЯПРАВА» за, прежде всего, человеческое отношение к ученикам. Я удивилась, что мне несколько раз за время обучения звонили и интересовались нет ли у меня затруднений)). Оплатила в рассрочку 31900 и никаких доплат с меня не требовали. Рекомендую всем! – показать
