В середине июля на панеле приборов появился значок аккумулятора. После проверки в автосервисе обнаружилось, что генератор не дает заряд. В этом же сервисе мне пообещали починить через стороннюю компанию. Этой компанией оказалась Вольтаж на Кетчерской. Мне поменяли реле и порекомендовали поменять подшибники и еще что то. Ок. Согласился, стоимость ремонта генератора вышла 6000 тыс. Прошло 3,5 месяца. Снова загорелся индикатор. Поехал в сервис, они везут генератор в ту же компанию, итог нов ый ремонт. Как мне сказали гарантия дается на 3 месяца, а у меня прошло 3,5. За это время я выезжал на машине раз 15. С электрикой проблем нет, аккумулятор в порядке. В гарантийном ремонте мне отказали, сославшись на то, что уже прошло 2 недели после окончания гарантии. Я так и не понял за что эти недомастера получают деньги и какие комплектующие устанавливают. Я заплатил 6 тыс. руб. за то, что 15 раз выехал на машине?!!Категорически не советую пользоваться данным сервисом. Так же буду жаловаться на них в Общество Прав Потребителей. – показать

Уважаемый Руслан, жаловаться это конечно Ваша прерогатива и Вы должны воспользоваться своим правом!Срок гарантии на замененные комплектующие установлен 3 месяца. Не важно сколько раз Вы выезжали, сколько километров проехали… Проверить эту информацию у нас нет ни какой возможности. Правда это или ложь, нам не известно, мы при этом не присутствовали… Поэтому то и в законодательстве РФ существует определение ГАРАНТИЯ. А гарантия-это как известно СРОК, а не функция.

Добрый день. Спасибо за ответ, через 4,5 года. Жалоба была направлена, проблема была устранена вашими партнёрами бесплатно. Хочу вам напомнить об определении в законодательстве РФ, как КАЧЕСТВЕННОЕ ОКАЗАНИЕ УСЛУГ, вне зависимости от срока гарантии.
