Я обращался за техническим обслуживанием автомобиля. Мне ремонтировали компрессор кондиционера. Мастера всё ясно и понятно объясняют, есть доступ в ремонтную зону. Адекватные мастера, всё покажут и расскажут, про цену говорят сразу, что очень радует и нравится, нет подводных камней. Мастера грамотные, культурные, без каких-либо претензий. Важно, чтобы мастер понимал, что можно сделать или нет. Я позвонил, когда были вопросы по проводке, объяснил ситуацию, что и как нужно сделать. Мастер сказал, что надо визуально видеть, что если получится сделать с минимальными затратами и потерями, то они сделают, а если не получится они дадут знать. Мастер технически образован, понимает, о чём идёт речь и о чём мы говорим. Машину оставил утром, забрал вечером из-за сложности ремонта, время ремонта увеличилось. Мне дали документ-гарантию с работами, которые проводились. В этот автосервис обратился, потому что нашёл его в интернете. Я почитал про сервис. Он чистый, большой, посмотрел на фотографии мастеров и решил поехать сюда. Ценовая политика автосервиса меня устроила, она оптимальна и доступна. – показать

Vernum Auto отличный сервис, все супер. Здесь новое оборудование. Работают русские компетентные сотрудники. В последний раз я в автосервисе менял резину. Работа была выполнена быстро, в течение 30—40 минут. Я из-за карантина в автосервисе не присутствовал, но по окончанию работ мне позвонили и сообщили, что все готово. Результатом и качеством оказанных услуг я остался доволен. Мастера ответили на мои вопросы и все объяснили. Дополнительно я ничего не докупал.
