Отвратительный сервис . В котором приходиться выклянчивать ремонт . По ходу работы ничего не согласовывают и не связываться с владельцем , а потом перекидывают ответственность друг на друга и говорят что директора нет и номер его не дадут

2 февраля 2020. В этом сервисе первый раз, приехал на компьютерную диагностику и диагностику подвески. Сдал автомобиль в 12:45, в 14:15 мне только начали смотреть подвеску, помыли машину за 20мин, мойка обязательна и ещё это за мой счёт. 350р. сполоснули снаружи. В 14:40 закончили осмотр подвески. Мне насчитали ремонт со скидкой 8400, в сервисе где я обслуживаюсь 6400. Цены на запчасти со скидкой процентов на 20-30 больше чем в другом сервисе где я до этого обслуживал другие свои авто, решил попробовать другой сервис, т.к. в моём не было времени. На компьютерной диагностике я просил раскодировать закрытие багажника с салона, мне упорно говорили, что так нельзя, ну нельзя и нельзя, в своём сервисе через месяц сделаю, вуаля, в конце работ мне подошёл мастер и сказал за 3000руб я раскодирую, плюс диагностика 1680 со скидкой, итог 4680 за кодировку, мне это делают максимум за 1500р. Зона ожидания комфортная, комплексный обед 450р суп, второе, чай или компот. Пока сидел, заметил, что мастер приёмщик не стесняется даже внутри сервиса надавить на газ и с прошлифовкой стартонуть и резко дать по тормозам. Мастер не мой, машина не моя, за свою я бы высказал. Итог: очень всё долго и немного дорого.

Перекидывал колеса с лета на зиму. Все сделали хорошо. Мне понравилось отношение. Но про сервис больше этого сказать не могу.
