Самый ужасный сервис!!!!! 04.07 был отправлен по страховке в Оптимум авто Павелецкая на замену и покраску бампера. Посмотрели машину, сказали закажут и покрасят. Через неделю позвонили сказали бампер пришел, начинаем красить. Проходит 2е недели — «тишина», звоню сам, уточняю покрасили или нет, говорят нет, забыли, сказали что сражу же отдадут на покраску. Проходит еще 2е недели — «тишина», звоню, опять не покрасили, сказали передают в покраску уже точно! Проходит еще неделя, предлагают приехать на замену. Приезжаю, в понедельник, отложив все дела, приехав оказывается арматурщик не вышел на работу, перезаписывают на четверг. С утра в четверг звоню, уточняю покрасили ли бампер, на месте ли арматурщик, смогут ли произвести замену, мастер Алексей, говорит все сделаем без проблем. Ну и как вы думаете??? Приезжаю, отдаю машину, через час звонок! Оказывается у меня бампер двух цветный, одна часть черная, а юбка у бампера серая, вот это новость!!! Когда смотрели машину не видели что бампер из двух цветов состоит! Так в финале мастером Алексеем после моих претензий к его компетентности и к отношению сервиса, мне были брошены ключи от машины на пол, на пол, клиент автосервиса поднимал свои ключи от машины с пола!!!!!! Прошло 1,5 месяца с момента направления в этот сервис и так ничего не произошло, кроме потерянного времени и нервов! На мои жалобы, неоднократные, руководство сервиса не отвечает и не перезванивает уже неделю (каждый день звоню и оставляю свой телефон). Не кому не рекомендую этот сервис, абсолютно не компетентные сотрудники и наплевательское отношение руководства к клиентам, там всем все равно!!! – показать

Я его знаю, всегда с профессианолизмом подходит к любой проблеме, очень опытный и ответственный мастер! Мне и моим знакомым делал автомобили, что и цвет подходил и шпаклёвки почти не было, мастер супер! Советую его!
