Отличная работа магазина и автосервиса! Достоинства: Отношение к клиенту Недостатки: Нет Обратился в фирму МоторКПП-72 по причине поломки двигателя БМВ N45B20AC, думал опять щас разведут и всё такое, так как до этого отправил в РТ-Моторс 60 тысяч и не дождался ни мотора, ни возврата денег. Разговаривал с Евгением, он сказал ответа придется подождать в течении дня, долго, но и не в магазин за хлебом идешь. В общем в конце дня Евгений перезвонил и сказал, что мотор лежит на складе и можно его приобрести хоть сейчас. Попросил мои данные для заключения договора и через 20 минут договор был уже у меня на эл. почте. В договоре всё очень хорошо прописано и всё прозрачно. На мою просьбу отправить фото двигателя отреагировали тоже очень быстро. В течении 10 минут прислали видео на котором был двигатель весь чистенький и как новый и в этом же видео сняли номер двигателя и тот же номер был указан в договоре поставки. На мою дотошную просьбу показать диагностический лист Евгений скинул видео как они повезли мотор в цех и сделали диагностику запечатлив всё это на камеру. Мне очень понравился их сервис и отношение к клиенту!!! После этого я не задумываясь перевел сумму и начал ждать... Пока ждал движок 7 дней думал что опять кинули, но Евгений был всегда на связи и успокаивал меня моментально. Двигатель пришел, ВУАЛЯ, чистенький красивый, номер сверил всё ок! Установили в течении 2-х дней, кстати у них же на СТО. Понравилось просто всЁ!!! Молодцы парни! Так держать! Буду рекомендовать Вас всем. Поставил бы 10 звёзд если можно было)))
