В сервисе абсолютно отсутствует понятие о времени. Приходят на работу по свободному графику, не ценят время клиентов. 2019 год, решил обратиться в этот сервис с кузовным ремонтом, так как работаю рядом, пообещали подойти оценить машину и взять в работу, ждал целый день, тишина. На следующий день подошел, напомнить о себе, “зуб давали”, что подойдут, но снова тишина. 2020, понедельник, снова решил связаться с ними, оценили стоимость работ, договорился на среду, чтобы сразу взяли в работу и машина просто так не стояла. В среду утром приехал к открытию, никого нет, закрыто, в итоге на ресепшен появился человек только в 12:30, отдал ключи . Машина простояла до часа дня четверга, и никто к ней не подошел. Никаких скидок не просил, хотя цена у них самая высокая в районе (для понимания такая работа стоит от 8000 до 14000 у них 14000), хотел просто сделать ремонт близко к своей локации, но наткнулся на свинское отношение.
