Ужас и кошмар. Это не сервис это станция из прошлого, далекого прошлого. Сходите посмотрите как работают настоящие Сервисы по обслуживанию автомобилей, книги почитайте про сервис и клиентоориентированность. Вам многому надо научиться. Везде грязь, всё «ушатанное» начиная с зоны ресепшн (хотя это скорее прихожка).

Такие же разводилы, как и большинство гаражных сервисов. При проведении планового ТО никакой диагностики автомобиля не проводилось - поверхностно осмотрели ходовую, заменили масло и фильтры. Рекомендовали заменить колодки - рассчитали предварительную стоимость материалов и работ. Когда позже стал записываться со своими материалами - началось навязывание дополнительных работ. На вопрос почему сразу всё не рассчитали, и не обозначили всю итоговую стоимость, мне ответили - не хотите - валите в другой сервис. Качество сервиса и клиентоориентированность - на грани фантастики!

Был тут на бесконтактной автомойке. Что понравилось, за десять минут чистая машина, при минимальных финансовых затратах. Я реально оценил эту автомойку, рекомендую.

В этот сервис обращаюсь регулярно, я переобуваю здесь автомобиль. В последний раз был на услугах замена масла и замена передней ступицы. Я знаком лично с директором, хорошо пообщался с ним. В работе мастер понравилось, что сделано все, как должно быть. Максимально быстро предоставили услуги. На мой взгляд, мастер компетентный и профессиональный. Имя его не помню. Приняли вовремя, без задержек по времени. На ресепшене встретили вежливо и корректно.
