Сильное разочарование в данном автосервисе Достоинства: больше не вижу Недостатки: Отказываются решать спорные ситуации Обслуживаюсь в данном сервисе более 3-х лет за это время сменил 3 автомобиля и пока не возникало спорных ситуаций было все в порядке. 12 июля 2018 пригнал к ним автомобиль на плановое ТО(замена масла в АКПП, замена передних тормозных дисков, замена передних тормозных колодок, замена задних тормозных колодок). Запчасти привез свои. (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); 11 октября 2018 находясь в командировке в другом городе, услышав скрежет поехал в сервис где выяснилось что кончились задние колодки. На внешний вид они очень сильно отличались от передних, были все ржавые а передние выглядели как новые хоть и менялись в 1 день. По приезду во Владимир я обратился в Диакар Мастер с претензией что мне не поменяли колодки(или возможно забыли поменять и вписали в чек на оплату), на что руководитель сервиса ответил что колодки у меня кончились из за возможной неисправной тормозной системы хотя невооруженным взглядом видно, что колодки не менялись очень давно, что и подтвердили мне в другом сервисе при замене. Когда я показал эти колодки руководителю Диакар он подтвердил что колодки старые но когда я сообщил ему, что это они их не поменяли он сразу же отказался от своих слов. На мою просьбу вернуть деньги за колодки 1200р и работу 800р он предложил мне отвезти их на экспертизу за мой счет стоимостью 5000р. В итоге проблема осталась нерешенная Диакар Мастер потерял постоянного клиента и надеюсь кто прочитает данный отзыв сделает свои выводы о данном автосервисе.
